About Raspberrys

Why Raspberrys?

Most jewellers know their customers and their craft. What holds them back is usually behind the counter: hiring and training, stock that does not turn, stores that open without a plan, and marketing that does not bring footfall.

Raspberrys was started in 2022 to fix exactly that. We work as your extended back-end team and as a mentor to your leaders, bringing the systems and discipline of India's large jewellery chains to growing businesses.

Saravan Raj Aravindan, Chief Gyaan Guru

Raj has spent more than 26 years in jewellery sales, marketing and retail operations. He has worked with Thangamayil Jewellery, Manappuram Jewellers (RITI), Malabar Gold & Diamonds and the Kirtilal Kalidas group.

At Thangamayil, he took over a business in decline in 2017 and turned it around. Over the next five years it grew on a like-for-like store basis, became more profitable, turned its stock faster, and grew its wedding, diamond, silver and high-end gold jewellery business.

Since founding Raspberrys, he has conceptualised three jewellery brands: eterneD™ and Cupid Jewels in lab-grown diamond jewellery, and aniga™ in 92.5 silver jewels and accessories.

Since May 2026, he has been Market Entry Mentor and Operations Lead for Safa Gold & Diamonds as they enter Tamil Nadu.

Ask anyone who has worked with him and they will tell you his real strength: building teams, and turning good people into leaders.

What we believe

• People first: A jewellery store is only as good as the person behind the counter.

• Stock is cash: Every gram that does not turn is money standing still.

• Process beats heroics: Good systems let good people do their best work every day.

• Grow from within: The best results come from building your own leaders, not renting them.
